These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and communication programs offered by Top Off Services LLC DBA LKN Fuel ("LKN Fuel", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, using our services, or opting into our SMS communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

LKN Fuel is the operating name of Top Off Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of North Carolina.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications. By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Program Description

Top Off Services LLC DBA LKN Fuel may send SMS communications to users who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

Booking confirmations
Driver ETA alerts
Arrival notifications
Delivery completion notices
Scheduling updates
Receipts and invoice notifications
Customer support responses

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per service request.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms and selecting the consent checkbox, you authorize Top Off Services LLC DBA LKN Fuel to send SMS messages to your mobile number.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We only send messages to users who provide prior express written consent. We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier. LKN Fuel is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Re-Enrollment

If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you may opt in using the same method you originally used to enroll.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
